Thanks man [emoji5] luckily for you all that stuff is quite nice jobs to do yourself! Sounds like a good base to start with, and a lot of those things you'll probably find for sale on here! I'll keep an eye out for you progress thread [emoji1303]
Good day out, nice to finally give some of these forum names faces! Shame about the weather but it held off okay for the most part. Tied in nicely with origine RS for me, two very different events but both great!
Thanks mate, as you say looks good on yours matching the bump strips and interior but I've decided would look odd on mine, considering mines pretty much standard [emoji848]
It is so tempting but I just can't justify it, though I am a sucker for the little silver details! In the interest of full disclosure, I have already taken a razor blade to these brand new ones to fit the old retainers, so re-sale isn't an option now! Haha
^halfway through
New mats arrived today, the current ones are the 13 year old originals and to be honest, it's only my drivers one which is really all that worn.
I bought these new ones from Renault parts direct, they're a favourite as they're genuine Renault, but a third of the price of Renault sport ones...
Oh definitely you then! Agh that happened to me too, I drove as slowly as possible to avoid kicking any dust up but it still happened. Oh well, hopefully the same doesn't happen at trax! Haha
Another update.
Had the annual service carried out at rentech in Portsmouth a couple of days ago. Whilst in for that I also had new front brake lines fitted as the originals weren't in great nick after 13 years on the road.
Also de-bobbled the seats and have ordered a new centre exhaust hanger...
Oh yeah I see them all over the place, Wasn't thinking something as loud as fluro though! Bullets are standard colour, like a satin silver... I think on silver or black 1*2s making it anthracite would look good but on my Arctic I'm just not sure!
Haha, that was my thoughts exactly. If I don't find any photos of examples I'll do it anyway as it's only a spare, but I'd much rather not waste the time if I can get confirmation it looks crap
I have a second (spare) rear bumper strip and am toying with the idea of colouring it to match the bullets or wheels as a bit of a trial (obviously keeping the original, original).
just wondered if anyone has done it before and has any photos of it if so?
It seems fairly uncommon to do, and...
Stupid boy missed the deadline by one day [emoji29] just put in for a club ticket now in hopefulness, but will be there as normal public if nothing else, never done trax and pretty excited to check it out! [emoji5]
Hi mate. I had a similar issue with my headlight jets. I put an in-line non return valve in each feed pipe and not had any trouble since. They're a couple of quid from Halfords and easy to install
Looks pretty good mate, particularly with the wheels and lowering.
+1 on the grille, but whatever floats your boat! I like the boot/bumper on the campus too [emoji1303] congrats in general [emoji5]
