I think the only way you can do it now its through an MSDN or technet account. I had to borrow my friends OEM disk that he brought outright and used my BIOS strapped OEM key to install it :)
Just make sure the key that is strapped to your machine is the right version, 64 or 32 and pro or core...
Well here are some long awaited pictures of the Ph2 parts on, im 100% certain on leaving the ph1 rear bumper in place now.
Gave the car a quick once over at the jet wash (really need to get it done properly at some point) Got some stickers on, need to fit my RS200 badge and take the tow strap...

How comes you didnt go for putting a sub in a wheel well? (other than keeping the spare wheel obviously)
So this has been happening for a while and fortunately i havent had to use them to much (probably will now ive said that)
The hazard warning lights all work as they should when the ignition/engine is on but as soon as i turn off the engine and take keys out they just dont work :S

if everything on the car checks out, buy it and lock it up until you can make sure its secure enough not to be robbed back by the guy selling it. Either that or strip it for parts. im sure you'll make a fair penny on it that way

Your first post is correct to re-sync a key but not program it. Stealer jobby im afraid.
