I have removed the liners in my Clio, the ballasts only lasted about 8 months when affected by weather... Suppose that they were cheep and cheerful replacements. On my third Set now, will see how long these ones last now :)

I've also got the same problem and mines are 8K HID lamps in side I think the only to sort this is to polish them clear or use the wet and dry sandpaper method, I'm just too scared to sandpaper mine incase I f*ck it all up haha!

Hmmm it could well be your ariel then :O first leaky Clio I've heard of that it is not the sunroof :O! I'd try loosen the arial and pop a small amount of silicone under it
I have the same problem and I had to take the lining off, remove the sunroof and run sylicone around the sunroof 'hole' and then replace the sunroof tightly, keeps it seald and hides the silicone ッ! Or if your looking for a quick easy fix run silicone around the edges of the sunroof from the...
