Ask them to go to their local office and check if the parcel is there , I've had a few problems with parcels to that country as they tend not to do the final delivery and the parcel is usually on a shelf at the main office/depot
Get a bucket then take of your oil filter and disable the engine from starting and then turn over engine on starter and see if oil comes out filter housing , if none comes out your pump its fucked , also check the oil pressure relief valve is not stuck open

Put a meter on ohms scale and measure over the wires while passing a lump of steel past the sensor , you should get a reading as the metal goes past the sensor

only took ten months of complaining weekly about a faulty r-link they eventually replaced with a new unit and it seemed to work ok after that

thats my car , was dirty when I left it but had a good few coats of a good carnauba wax a few months ago
it was in renault for most of august with a knackered steering rack and a non working r link
got a new rack and rlink unit fitted after the factory in France opened after their months...

my rs200t. Been in dealers broken down for weeks now so couldn't pop up with car
did test drive the new fiesta st at weekend and it loves 3 wheeled antics as well

ok the clio edc is fun but it expensive on juice and a lot of renaults claims are just not working out
Used to use the Lucas universal ones and never had a problem but started using eBay ones and the ceramic was cracking , turned out they where fake Bosch
if you do buy get it from a decent retailer . I got some for scoobys from America of eBay very cheap
