So.. 2x 2000 plate ph1 172's, 1 of them says Model Type CB0M and the other CB1C No apparent differences, but there must be somewhere. Anyone got any educated answers or thoughts? Thanks :)

As Daz has said above.. ph1's were not Cups. One spec only, except for the limited run Exclusive (Met. Green) Cups didnt come out until a 52 plate and so, in the later ph2 172. Ph1's didnt have xenon lights either, so dont have headlight washers.

Very odd... Ive done 17k miles, or there about, since i've had. Its also just sailed through its MOT for the 3rd time.

They've been on my 172 since before I bought it over 3yrs ago. For normal road use they're fine. Wouldn't recommend for any track action, but for the money and to make the car sit a bit better they just right. It seems that cheap coil-overs are pound for pound a complete waste of money. So...

That particular spoiler looks to be off a ph1 v6, so no difference. Ph2 v6 spoiler was also used on the 182 Trophy.

Couldn't agree more. If you only rate it 6.5/10 as in one of your other posts, then its probably time to sell it and get something else.. You'll certainly sell it alot easier in standard form.

I was always under the impression it was this ^^ My 182 did it, owned from new.. so I know it hadn't had a replacement windscreen. If your 182 has a 'hump', about 3-400mm long in the centre of the top trim, its highly likely that its had a new windscreen at some point. Solution to noise? No...
