This was filmed at Mas du Clos, a privately owned circuit in central France. Apparently that the guy has the largest collections of Ferrari's in Europe... even better, he gets to drive them around his own private race track.
We had our v6 10th anniversary there last year, along side...

Bumped into a guy at the Ace Cafe a year or so ago, ex Renault chap, he seemed to think that 'JPO' 172's were may have been ex RUK cars. Not looked into it, so I don't know how accurate his info was.

Sure, a car of that age could have been re-sprayed any number of tones of blue by now. However, the question of one being painted in this colour from new though has to be answered as 'no' surely.
Its only in the last pic that it looks slightly green... an effect that could quite likely be...
As GAZ has mentioned, just looks a different colour in the pictures because they're taken in strong sunlight. Really no reason to think its anything other then Odyssey.
