Great action shots there Lee..!
'Edit'..
Just noticed the lovely pic of mine too in your folder.. paint work looks so wet in it! Love it! :) Thanks for the pic fella.
How come you wren't parked on the infield with us Ben? Was indeed a good show this year.. way better collectors parking than the previous couple of years or so. :)
Editing out the Seat (which seems to be on for ages) and adding in a 1 or 2 more Clio's would be good, considering it's CSS ;)
No offence Scrooge, but its not even a Renault. :)
Sounds very tempting!.. Throw in your folks bank account too and we may be goinging places.. lmao ;)
Thanks for the enthusiasm fella. Nice to know the car is appreciated. :)
Delighted to see it still has the ph1 rear bumper! :) Great work as ever!
Where were you in the Alpes Nickson? I was there for the TdF, watched them go up the Col de Galibier! :) We stayed in Sainte Foy, on the way up to Tignes from Chambrey.. know it?
Ha!.. Yes.. that was us! Glad you liked the 'gunmetal' Lunar Grey.. :p
Dont recall seeing a black 182 though, sorry. But then, it was a job to see anything through the road spray!! Ewwk!
Form filled in... A great day, well organised!
Whats with some of you lot moaning about people cleaning their cars though.. lol As mentioned previously by some others, its better to show off a well presented car, rather than a fly splattered dirty one. I was one of those that gave mine a quick...
Re: Bren's Sunflower 172
Very valid point with the sweige line there Bren. Never looked at that and how it continues down onto the ph2 bumper before.
However, for me, the ph2 rear and the ph1 front just look way too much of a miss-match.... Yes I am a self confessed purist lol.
What ever...
Re: Bren's Sunflower 172
Oh no.. not another ba5tardised ph1 :(
Looks great as it is! With the exception of the trimmed bumber, as you said. Out of interest, what is it that "baffles" you about the rear bumper fella? The ph2 rear bumper shares no characteristics of the ph1 front bumper what...
Great day out Tom! Thanks very much for inviting v6clio.net along too. The day seemed to go very smoothly, well done to you and all of your team! Really good to see so many familiar old faces the often arent able to other organised meets.
Looking forward to the next one!! :)
Nice pics!.. Do miss my old one when I see great pics like these. Good to here you're losing the exhaust, it looks gross tbh. Is the Miltek a stealth system? Would be a great shame to cut into that nice bumper.
LOL.. trying to find out who it might have been. Have posted a link to this thread on v6clio.net
Alex, did you get a reg number or the guys name at all? Please send me a PM, do not post it on here! Thanks... Just looking for a wind up.. :p
I didn't know Moonlight was used on any other car to the v6 either! Except maybe the Avantime? Its a lovely colour!! Saw it on on of the v6's in France last year for the Clio v6, 10th anniversary meet at Mas du Clos. Possibly the only other colour I'd swap the Lunar for :)
I have some pics, but...
Its not a club event.. its about all things Renault, Renault Sport and Alpine.
Anyone wishing to show their car is welcome to do so and shouldn't feel left out just because they're not a member a club. As it is, there will always be a fairly heavy club bias, without banners and tents, as its...
