Thinking of buying a MAC ...Always used windows and heard good things of MAC os now i think probably the best route for a start would be a mac mini as there pretty cheap .etc and not really interested in a macbook needs to be a desktop. Whats the top of the line mac mini to get ?...isnt there...

Still probably best to format and do a clean fresh install...Instead of having all the bundled apps on there. I always do this as the crap they install always slows the system down....and youll never proably use what they install.

Proabably best to use a VGA cable from ya pc to the TV .....Providing the tv has VGA in you could aslo buy a DVI - HDMI cable ...but the graphics card + Tv would need to have the relevent connections.(DVI on the graphics card /HDMI on the tv) I just bought one of these DVI - HDMI cables but...

Ive got a netgear dg384g (i think)....how do i know if the hardware firewall is swithcged on? Is there an option within the settings to turn it on/off?...or is it always on? Its just ive only just istalled vista and was told the built in firewall within vista + the routers firewalls...
