Coil pack is fitted fine and only 1 coil

No i changed the plugs when i changed the coil pack, and the pack came with new leads. I thought i could ofg been dodgy fuel but i brimmed it with superunleaded and redex system cleaner and no difference:/

its not that because sometimes it will be whern im pulling away of even whne i hit 300 revs

My car keeps juddering when i acelarate, its not the coil pack as i only changed it two months ago. Sometimes i can drive as fast as i want and it will drive smooth as but then sometimes it will just keep juddering on low accelaration. Any ideas what this might be?
