My old man had some wheels refurbished by 'The Wheel Specialist' in Poole a few weeks ago. Finish is perfect but you will never get a set refurbished for £40 a wheel by them.
I agree with the above comments personally, with paint you get what you pay for. I don't see the point in paying £160...
Cheers chaps! It's a lovely car and was a pleasure to spend some time on it!
TomSx, I had a bash at the inlet manifold with some neat AF Verso and some Metal polish but it wasn't coming up as well as I would have hoped.. I would probably have used some 3000 Grit on it and polished it up like...

The car was dropped off on Friday evening ready to be tackled on Saturday.

My car is in the bodyshop at the moment so I couldn't tell you for sure, however 30mm rings a bell.. Pretty sure they were 30mm x 3mm with a 10mm centre hole.
Torque setting is 62nm, just be cautious as stainless steel can often be quite soft. Don't want you snapping a bolt in the mounting hole.
I have replaced mine, they are M10 x 40mm in length.. You will also need washers that are at least 3mm thick or they will bend.
If you are replacing with stainless just be careful when torquing as they aren't as strong as mild steel.
Hello guys,
Firstly, appreciate its short notice but a few of us are going for a bit of a Sunday afternoon hoon over the Mendips and Cheddar tomorrow if any of you fancy it?
Its a last minute thing, but with the weather half decent at the moment it would be rude not to make the most of it...
