normally you would have seen the sub in the driveway round the top corner and would have been welcome to join me for a cappuccino , but i was big pimpin' today in the birchdown kangoo whilst mines been fettled with
i also like the way you've had to put a legal numberplate on lol
very good! I only got 85bhp with sports cat stealth system, and a viper with a custom intake, so either you have a fast one as standard or a forgiving dyno ;)
the sparco subframes are sold in parts, so to ensure you dont misorder anything your best bet is to give DT or similar a ring.
but they are nice seats and i toyed with them before getting my konigs :)
not really, you prob could have got a terrible respray done by a crap bodyshop which is orange peely and badly colour matched. I know what i'd prefer!
did an awesome job on my girlfriends civic after someone twated it in a car park, cant see any sign of damage ever being there
difficult as depends how well the wheels were painted. i would personally try a more conventional cleaner like auto glym / megs hot wheels or maybe even something like a megs claybar to remove the bulk of it before resorting to powerful cleaners and degreasers.
if only used a limited number of...
noise from the yozza was fairly mental when it was stripped. its not as good as when the seats were in, but better in a way as instead of being a drone you can actually hear it popping and banging.
speaks he with neither ;)
looked at the omp ones, but its not that sort of car so show cage should do. cant complain with the price of it either :approve:
10mm on the back is fine, as you wont feel any wheel judder.
FK 10mm's dont fit. which therefore renders them pointless and overpriced. eibach pros are what you want.
how do you mean fit it to the floor? back (boot) section is just dropped in. front (seat) section has two L brackets screwed to the bottom of it, which locate into the original holes in the rear passenger footwells.
1500 is too aggressive unless you have a pc and alot of patience. you would be better with 2500/3000 unigrit if you are going to polish them by hand afterwards.
again g3 is good, but for hand use G6 is a better option as its a rapid compound and you could then follow up with scratchX or...
well not updated this in a while. main things to go in just before FCS were the seats and finally fitted my spacers which make a massive difference. was fairly happy with the way the car looked at FCS:
but as with everything i wasnt satisfied so decided to remove the rear seats...
exhaust needs to be removed, as i think its on a fixed bracket, so you won't be able to raise it by a sufficient amount. probably gonna be better/easier to just get a new backbox/cat back system.
normally wet sand them smooth to provide a perfectly orange peel free surface. then polish and wax. compounding is basically a harsh polish that eliminates the need to wetsand if used correctly.
i'll continue spending on my car until i seriously want to have something else. if you've already contemplated getting a type R, you'll still want one once you've spent the 1.5k on the cup. so i wouldnt bother if i were you
i gave very thorough, yet still slightly vague directions, and in being a typical man you agreed even though i knew you had no idea where it was lol. and phonecall FTW?
