was dirt when i had my old dynamique. but unusually came after having them changed as well. was constantly having them cleaned out. not really sure if theres a proper fix for it.
the dog ear flaps on the top corners are driving me mad. i have tried to glue them down with everything i can think of, but nothing works.
anyone got any suggestions, or any idea how much a new set from renault would be.
think there was a greyish one, and then a black R26 which i took out. had a quick nose at an R26-R but it was a customers so couldnt have a blast in that. shame really

i have been tending to run my car on total excellium through convenience and have no problems with it whatsoever. alternating between excellium and v-power you cant notice anything.
i assume u have '16v' ones in having a 1.2.
sand them down and clean them afterwards with some fairly liquid if you dont have any panel wipes. you will need plastic primer.
to get them off without cracking you need to get your fingers under the bottom edge of the badge - push your fingers...

i got a samco type 1'' bore tubing and ran that across the bulkhead, and tucked the breather just by the headertank so its secure and out the way of the majority of heat. absolutely no problems, and the only way you know its fitted is because it makes a noise on idle.
