    Spraying KTR bonnet? price?

Its entirly possible due to the type of coating (gel coat) they put on CF products that it will have to be completely stripped before spraying it........

    locking wheel nut :(

Bit of a bugger, you can hammer on a tight fitting socket after removing any rotating bezel it may have, but ive never had much sucess with this, so id advise taking it to a garage, which they will have a removal tool, or will do what i did and weld on a nut (best option and will work).

172 Cup owners with 4 Pots

Ive got 4 pot willwoods on mine with Split discs, the Jam sport kit. Im impressed, but the ABS seems to kick in more, but this could be because the pedal is loads harder now ive swopped out the brake fluid and a full overhaul all round, on 2500's. Also they are about 1/2 the weight of the old setup.

Does anyone know what this engine part it?

They shear off so easily, its happend on mine, you really should put it back, but i do question if it would actually do anything except snap off just the same in an accident. Someone will be along shortly with the part numbers for the bolts.

do you stick to 18,000 mile oil change intervals

I did an oil change today lol, but mine uses 1litre per 1000miles, so its constantly being topped up, i generally do it ~12-15k, its got 120k (70 which is mine) on the clock mind you, oil is always black as hell. I use halfords fully synthetic 5w-40, with it using oil all the time, i dont bother...

    bigger turbo on 1.5 dci?

Wont you need to spend tons of money on other upgrades, like injectors, ecu, charge cooler to support a bigger turbo and decent increases. What are the internals of a DCI good for power wise anyway?

    Dump Valves?

Dump values are lame on most cars, unless you have the performance to back up the noise, such as single tubby supra / skyline then a recirculated wastegate is miles better use of the gas.
