Mine does it , its totally normal, just the metal moving slightly as cools. (Ive got Ktec tho). I dunno if the garage didnt put gasket seal on my exhaust fitting tho, cos my other car doesnt do it and i fitted that after market exhaust myself! (with seal)

well i changed the plugs about 2 months ago, number 3 was a little darker than the rest but not massively. Cars got 56k on clock.

yeh no oil on drive, everythings squeeky clean under the bonnet 2

hmmm well id say in that time ive done atleast 1000 miles, if not more. But ive always been checking and topping it up so its never hit the min line on dip stick by atleast a cm or more.

Hi all, Im using 0W - 40 fully synth (Castrol Sport, something or other, good stuff). Anyway in the 2 month my cars go through basically 2 litres of the stuff!!. Now the question is where the hell is it going? no leaks, no marks on drive, engine is clean as far as i can see. Car performs...

Found it!! cheers it was the fuse i was looking under the engine bay fuse set like a dumb arse. There was a spare on the back on the internal car one. ~(I couldnt find it at first!, i was looking in glove box like r****d, when its on the side of the glove box when door is open ) Cheers!

Not only that on mine but the vanity mirror lights dont work anymore either!!

Checked the blue 15 amper and the rest, all ok. No spare fuses, im checking the one under the bonnet by the way, i couldnt find one in glove box etc.

hmmmm all fuses ate intact, any other ideas anyone? My cig lighter doesnt work (dont smoke but need it for GPS / IPod)

Cheers makes sense, thought about doing something like this to my clio as a little project but i think it might cost just a tad more than im expecting after mapping etc. What other stuff would need doing?

Ive got exactly that problem!! i fiddled with settings other day and it started doing it. However ive also noticed, the fuse has blown for cig lighter it would appear......dunno how this can be linked. Mines stock head unit and also doesnt turn off with the ignition anymore....

I got ripped by renault for a set of plugs cos i was desperate to get them same day and no where stocked the NGK's,£65 sheets they were. Then you take them out the renault box and see NGK written on the side.......so much cheaper else where god knows how they get away with it.....rebranding...

I cant recommend the ktec stealth enough, absolutely brilliant sound when given a bit and pretty quiet when not. Removal of second not needed rear back box mount is required (garage didnt take mine off) as mine knocked (as there is play in the rubber mounts) so i took it off now the fit is great.

ngk from the factory , i just did mine and there £60 from renault direct. Also dont do the bolts on the inlet manifold up anything other than hand tight (or be careful) its made of Alu and will strip the threads no problem.
