no dont take the quarter off lol you see the gold thing that the door catch catches onto on the B post, take that off, 2 torx bits, see if the door will just push close and see if its straight, see if the door is flush if its out at the top but ok at the bottom and you know the door aint...

that is very minimal damage on that bumper, very easy repair, aslong as it aint cracked or warped youre good dont worry about scratches

make sure the colour is dry before you laquer if you put laquer on a wet basecoat it will probably "drag" and it will all need to come off, or just leave it looking s**t
