Have you had the stub axles off before? If not the bolts will be old and ideally should replace them, pure do them as a pack, they're just high tensile countersunk though.
Take the dampers out for easier access as well. Unbolt the calipers so they can be prop'd up, as you might have to file...
Someone was selling throttle bodies for a good price recently, but I think that intake with 197 cams and group n timing gets you good gains for your money.
You could speak to ceika to see if they would offer you just a smaller bracket? It says they do 286mm for 6 pots, discs Im sure you could find some used ones for cheap that are more than up for the job
You might find the A048 in 195/50/16 are too tall and the gearing is spaced out too much. I just fitted them to the front on mine and now want to go 15s. You could always look at AR-1 or r888 for 205/45/16 but £££.
Im not sure that would cause it to be 20deg out. If the toe is set like that, the car will go straight if you hold the wheel straight but will want to naturally pull to one side (does it want to go to the right when you take your hands off the wheel?)
Have you had the car aligned since? As that...
Im not sure without a receipt or history, could look exactly the same.
Yup, if its way off then you will know but again not sure if they are supposed to be identical
Has it had a different rack put on?
Could be theyve put the aftermarket wheel on clocked and got it aligned for that.
Im not sure if turned all the way left and right gives the same angle but you could try it and see if one turn is off.
Well, I used a broken clamp to hold it in place, it kept moving around everywhere, then you see the chewed up bit on the joint? I used a spanner and held the other end with 1 hand while I smashed it with the other, but I couldnt get leverage on it as it killed my hand, so I put a breaker bar...
Its been raining and or windy every day so havnt been able to finish the bumper. Although fitted a new silicone hose for the intake and cleaned up the airbox and new stainless bolts, breather just zip tied for now, have an idea involving going through the bulkhead for that but will wait until...
Strong enough for the engine mount?

I hadnt driven the car in a while, a couple weeks back when I got the tyres swapped over I gave it a run and thought it was down on power at first, realized that the 195/50/16 are a bit taller than the 205/45 so the gearing was spaced out, I was just holding third for ages! Though they are...
