Done a search but can only find the size of the actual mount assembly bolts. I was wondering what the size of the main nut is? Need a new one as I seem to have accidentally used it on the engine-gearbox stud as the previous rebuilder had bodged a nut in place of it... Thanks in advance

Which FIC are you going to use, the 6 or 8 (with boost control)? I was looking into these but then wasn't sure if it would work properly with these ECUs as they apparently learn around them...

Check the ignition system, i.e. Coil pack, leads and plugs...

Check your coil pack and make sure everything spark related is dry.

That above picture is your MAP sensor

Check the thick red cable going to it first, if it has a bad crimp on it or loose, it will detect faulty charging and the light flash up... Might be a cheaper fix.

Alternator and/or the wiring to it?

Check out the epas conversions. Just pop epas in to the search in the guides and a few people have done this now...
