supply, return, breather thank you very much, while i was laid under i spotted three pipes, my m8 who owns a mk2 golf gti sed 2 but we had a discussion and now its solved,
does anyone have any probs about me askin questions/advice as ive been told this is mainly a mk2 forum???
nearly got it out! only got the fuel line to clamp and disconnect, gearlinkage to separate.
where do i clamp the fuel line?
where do i disconnect the linkage?
anyhthing else you may have thought ive missed?

well i kinda no wot im doin i was a trainee mechanic for a year, done engines out plenty of times, but not this big in such a little space!!! the bloke who was meant to do it was charging £130, but had it for 3 weeks and didnt touch it. i thought about dropping the subframe but im doin outside...
i jus started to disconnect loom,plumbing, remove driveshafts etc as im replacing my shagged gearbox and was just wondering if anyone here has done it, how long it roughly takes and if anyone has got any tips?

my clio is quite low on 15s and handles great but bought it like it, the previous owner sed it had the torsion bars reset by two notches. how low would this make it and would 17s go straight on?
think urselves lucky, jus got my valver a month ago, love it and gtta pay the lovely insurance people £2500, and im 18!
have jus come out of a ban tho!
