Like these you mean mate they are spax rsx I have them on mine but gaz and other companies do similar , not really worth it unless your going for front set too and maybe a bit overkill on a road car
Measure the internal diameter of the throttle body by taking the inlet pipe off 64mm enlarged and 60mm standard plus you can usually tell if the body has been machined anyway , everything your describing is what these enlarged throttle body's do to these clios , it won't be your map if it has one
My guess is it has matched inlets and a enlarged throttle body , the throttle body will be causing you all those problems take it off and put a standard one on
