as in, injectors are shot, possible loose/poor connection or just run some injector cleaner through the system?
i'll add those to tonights list of jobs
After any suggestions as to how to solve my misfire.
Showing as fault code P0300 and EML is flashing.
So far I have tried:
Fresh fuel (car was sat a while, so better safe than sorry)
New plugs (NGK PRF6E from G172)
New coil pack
New cat and fittings
New crank sensor
aside new leads (going to...
very, the cat is supposed to filter the exhaust gas.
removing it means no filtering.
the lambda sensor is reading dirty air where its supposed to be clean, and telling the ECU that something is broken.
resetting the light will turn it off, for about 5 miles.
best bet, remove the after cat...
can't comment on the 182 exhaust, but I had a sportex on my megane.
never had any issues with it, fitted fine, sounded alright. not much more to say really.
I changed mine due to the 172 cat being fubar'd and it being a c**t of a job.
got a cat made to fit the 182 mani / 172 back end.
also got a decat link from k-tec at the same time.
10 min changeover now for the mot man :)
SharkyUK the best bet is her twitter feed. it gets updated more than the others, and it auto posts all her Vimeo links anyways https://twitter.com/MeganPotterVFX
Yea, she wants to get into the scenery design side of it, after posting that earlier i looked up some of her more recent work, i thought her original bioshock inspired piece was good, but her later stuff has come on leaps and bounds.
tiny world!! (sorry, had to get in on that)
my sis in law did this with cryengine as one of her opening uni projects last year

This is part of your problem, especially if it's running a sports cat.
Rag the balls off it and get it red hot.
seen this time and time again on scoobies and other motors with sports cats fitted.
cat's don't really start working until they get to around 400'C
what does it actually do?
I'm looking for an EASY way to stream website video content (footie for the 70yo computer distrusting father in law) from a laptop to the tv so he can ditch his £90 a month sky subscription, but easy enough that he can figure it out once it's set up, without him...
+1
I used a k-tec decat pipe as a template, then cut the old cat up and re-welded it to fit.
now I can switch from cat to decat / decat to cat quick and easy!
I got a refurb'd Kodak hero 5.1 on ebay for £50, cartridges are £19 in Tesco for a pair
wireless priniting, cloud printing, double sided printing and built in scanner and card reader.
win.
depends how you go about it.
I had mine come loose, trailered it to Renault and was RAPED £220 for diagnosis and repair.
Once I looked at what the problem actually was, it could have been fixed for under £15 with some starter motor cable and a couple of heavy duty terminals.
my ph2 172 has one, I assume it's a shift light, as it changes colour, orange, green, red.
Only discovered it pulling away on some ice last winter with a heavy foot
bottom right hand corner for me, by the magical 160mph mark on the speedo
Mine was the other way round, my 172 used to go for it at 5k, I fitted a 182 manifold and it felt like softened it up a little (although I know it due to improvements lower in the range)
