You can use some R5 parts to do it.
82 00 031 832 upper alternator mount
77 00 718 613 lower adjustable mount to tension the belt
77 03 101 094 long screw for alternator
you also need a smaller belt like a 5pk825, i think that was a R19 one.
Its much cheaper than buying a kit ;)
Yes, left side on the inlet but its called MAP sensor, oxygen sensor (same as O2 Sensor) on the cat (but there are two, one at the manifold, the second behind the cat)

the KU31 are good tyres, i´m using them on my 15" (195 /45 ) for trackdays, they are a bit slippery the first miles but if the tires are warm they are sticky.
if i compare them with the hankook v12 evo on my 16" (205 /45 ) they are much better, the hankooks are bad at wet weather and not so...
