Yeh, studs are strong and its easier when buying spacers. My old rep had 80 MM studs on the front and a 25MM spacers. You can buy polarized nuts and they look just the same.

Mine are universal ones on the rear. 5MM is nothing, theres still plenty of hub for your wheel to sit on to.

Ive got 5MM spacers on the rear of mine and you dont really need longer wheel bolts. Ive had no problems in the 12 months ive had mine on.
