Yar pain the bum - Different tyres, Grinding the calipers and so on..Ive just actully swapped the car - If I had kept it the rear arches wud of been rolled to accomdate the rear wheels..
Dont want camber. Arches are bein rolled when I get a proper arch roller
Like I said going anthracite tomorrow as orange is gash but thats how I bought them! Then lower on the front.
I no they're reps but I like them.
I dont get any scrub - Had to modify the front arch liner bracket and calipers - Just fitted some 175/50's on the back so plenty of stretch, Its just transformed the look now - I can lower it like another 10mm, Next is too flare the rear arches to suit the wheels and then get the front tyres...
They will be powdercoated Anthracite when I cba, Raiderman where did you find that pic? They will look mint once I sort the offset out, My plan for this weekend was just getting them on..
Done a 4hour round trip and met Cliodan26 to pick up some 8x15 Rota Grid V's with ET0 offset, Nice car aswell Dan - 182 on TB's sounds so addictive!
Anyway spent the best part of today and abit of last night fitting them, Have had to grind the Calipers, Few brackets but they are on..
I need...
The day I bought the Clio...
I then de-badged the rear, LED bulbs all round and 3/4 plate..
Few shots whilst out and about..
I then purchased some Coilovers and a chrome front badge, By this time I had binned a K&N induction kit for a standard airbox and panel filter..
And...
I know there is a few boys on here running those, Hopfully picking some up on the weekend - Any trouble fitting them? All I can find is the obvious of Grinding down the rear calipers or spacing them out. What about spacing on front? Will they touch the front shock etc?
regards Tom
Front plate needs reducing in height slightly so it sits inline with the recess..and take GB off - Adds to much colour to the moodyness
Looks perfect tho..
Re: Kieran's Iceberg 172 Project
