    Toyosport manifold fitted clio 200

A friend of mine has had a toyosports manifold, exhaust, intercooler and radiator on his supercharged mx5 for a few years now. Makes good figure and has no issues  On the 197/200 I believe they're an improvement over the Renault part.

    The life of... SharkyUK's Trophy

Hopefully that'll be the issue, swap the sensor then it'll all be ok. On cold starts it won't be reading low enough and then when its warmed up it'll be too rich all the time. How many sensors are there. On some of my old Fords there were 3:- Coolant gauge sender ECU coolant temp sensor Fan...

    sburrell's ph1 172 track project (maybe)

Stealth = drone My ktec with a proper tailpipe (which imo is better as you can see it has an exhaust rather than what looks/sounds like a broken backbox) is fairly quiet on the motorway. The itbs make more noise

    The life of... SharkyUK's Trophy

In that case you need to get the software up and do a datalog to see where the issue is. Sounds like it could be the coolant temp sensor or the lambda sensor. Do you have the software and a key for the Gen90 Andy?

Can I fit cup shocks on a standard non cup pack 182?

It depends on which Cup shocks. You can fit the 172 cup shocks with 54mm spacing but not the 182 cup shocks with 60mm spacing.

    The life of... SharkyUK's Trophy

On a run I can get mid 30s from mine. I get about 16mpg on a track day and I don't hang about. Something isn't right, it could be sensor or mapping related. With my cold start I have to blip the throttle but once that's done it idles fine all the time. Can't believe the issues your having...

    remap £354? sound right?

I know, I was taking the piss. But a flat charge is a big steep sometimes, the work on mine was minimal. Can't argue with him being a nice bloke and a great mapper though.

    remap £354? sound right?

That's what I paid Paul. The only thing that got me was its a flat rate, so even though it only took an hour it was still £354. £354 per hour...who charges that?! I couldn't knock the work though, it was spot on When I went with the aftermarket ECU and ITBs I had 6 hours done at £40 per hour...

Anyone with a RS2 inlet manifold

I'm looking into possible improvements that can be made to the RS2 or starting from scratch and designing my own manifold. The trumpets I know can be improved, e.g. by having the radii in the backing plate itself rather than trumpets the flow and cylinder filling can be improved. If anyone...

It's just the rack I've got fitted Oli, I assume you mean that. Rather than drop the subframe I decided to cut the PAS pipes at the rack. Then you can pull it out from the driver's side. As for putting the epas rack back in, it's smaller than the PAS rack so it slides in easily. I found the...

Epas rack was fitted, I took it to Buckley tyres today to set the toe back to 20 minutes toe out. Had a bit of fun on the drive back and it feels great, loads of feedback and not too heavy. The only obvious downside is parking but having had non-PAS cars before its no surprise. Anyone who says...
