I just took the plugs out and turned it over on the starter to get rid the water when one of mine got filled from a puddle.
Lol at not on french engines.
The only adjustable tensioner is on the cambelt and he said the noise is only there with the aux belt on, so probably not that.
Is it routed correctly? Could be rubbing on something if not.
Did you use a new aux belt kit, with new pulleys?
There is a difference between matching to the head/plenum and removing material for the full length of the manifold.
The former is fairly straight forward, with the latter you have to know what you're doing.
If you change it after you've run it for a bit the idea is that any crap will still be suspended in the oil and come out rather than settle out and stay in the sump.
195/45 gives 87.75mm tyre profile
195/50 - 97.5
205/45 - 92.25
205/50 - 102.5
So for a 172 going from 195/45 to 205/50 would give you a radius increase of 14.75mm.
That works out about 5% so your speedo would under read by that amount.
I saw in a thread Andyman said he had bad ones and got them swapped for good ones.
This thread post 22 http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?540720-Uprated-cams-for-182.
You could ask him, though I guess he'll see this thread...
If you find out any info make sure you post it up as I'm...
On the sort of rr where you have to enter a gear ratio for it to correctly display the rpm on the graph.
If they get it wrong then calculating the ATF power figure must also be wrong?
Thanks
