Left of that photo is your pre-tensioner wiring (one that's been snipped) this is your seat belt.
Middle connector still no idea
The right connector I'd chop off and either solder the other connector on from your existing seat or use crimps
Wire in each end and crimp with crimp pliers or...
I've used. Sticky back plastic, latex gloves, good quality thin card and diffuser paper from studio lights. The cheapest solution being the latex gloves worked quite well try place some closer to the LEDs.
I've used a mini strip of SMD LEDs instead of the 2 twist lock as they don't diffuse...
I'd replace your pre-tensioners on these seats then that'll solver the left connector that currently snipped off.
Middle connector never seen before.
Far right connector( as photo'd) is for the seat airbags so if your handy I'd snip the old connector and use some crimps and bullet connectors...
I used Lemforder track rod ends from ECP got both sides for £25ish. Then I roughly tracked it with string, then got it tracked properly.
This seemed to be a simple fix but could be something worse, replaced other bits too.
13mm ratchet spanner for the adjustment. 4 10mm bolts for the centre exhaust heat shield. Try to make sure the bracket that holds the Offside and nearside is at 90° to the threaded adjuster.
Definitely DIY.
