Breakers yard, cut a plug off and replace old one it's only around 6 wires so no biggy. Remember do one wire at a time don't cut the whole lot off in one go.
Not read the replys but , you have changed the throttle body and pedal.
Next check the wiring using the wiring diagrams that are on dialogys ( ecu pin outs ) , check earths/supplys/continuity between ecu and throttle body and the same for the throttle pedal.
Pay attention visually as you carry...
I have seen one fail and cause valve damage on a phase 1, bends all the inlet valves.
Is it really worth risking it.
The megane / scenic 1.6 ones are awful.
Is the fob the correct one for the car, IE purchased from a renault dealer not EBAY.
Each fob is as unique as the key itself, cant be mixed and matched.
Well worth trying a re-sync otherwise, or the microswitch has come away from the circuit board. We have repaired hundreds of them for the very...
Defo a UCH fault, we have changed a fair few , works out around £300 if I remember correctly
UCH is the control unit for most of the cars electrics, wipers/lights/immobiliser/windows and so on.

Personally I would stick with NGK or Denso's.

I recon the plenum gasket is leaking, remove plenum and check.
Had a couple in for the very same fault, usually the wrong bolts are fitted to the plenem which wont tighten correctly due to being to long and hitting up against the fuel rail protector.
Try your local motor factors for a new part, they wont be mega money.
If you leave it I expect it wont last that long and you will end up with a very loud exhaust.
Lets just hope the Nissan engine does not suffer from De-phaser problems and fuel injection system faults as Renault have with the IDE range of engines.
Fingers crossed they will be OK.
Someone has found out how easy it is to change the Twingo speedo for MPH to KPH, LOL
Honestly they are not to much slower than the 172/182.
Destroyed a chelsea tracter the other day in mine, and put a 520 BMW to shame as well.
Try an injector test before condeming ecu, also if it has the rubberised loom change that for the later type one, check coil/plugs and leads.
Only ever changed 2 ecu's on the 1.2 16v, normaly they fail totally.
