change the starter motor, and if your clever you dont need to remove the driveshaft as it will come out via the top of the engine rather than the bottom.

I expect you could have two things wrong, heater resistor fooked and a possible mixer motor failure, could even be the panel at fault. Needs a clip diagnostic test to see whats causing the problem. mm.. I run 13.98 and 0-60 in 5.8 secs in a full fat 172 with exhaust/remap and laughing gas and that took around 6 attempts. You might be lucky if you get your tyres up to temp and get a perfect start.
