You may of unlocked it and not realised. It only works with some items. Equip military fatigues and got to armour work bench. See if you can select it and it will give ballistic weave as an option

I did enough to get ballistic weave, excellent mod really!

It's not too important with a supercharger as the air going through isn't being warmed up as much as a turbo would do to the air.

Cheers for that, I did a mission in a film studio and picked up the silver shroud outfit and can't drop it or put it away. I'll head there!

If you don't have the magazine on your person does it still effect you? Did you get magazine stand from another settlement and store and retrieve at different settlement or can you build one? Sure bobble head stand has 15 or so spaces.

Have you not finished the main storyline? How many perks/levels are there?

Exactly the same just a lot cheaper. Mines always felt good and a lot better than an old worn one.

Mine worked fine killing Kellogg? You just have to have just enough distance, a few door ways away and a good aim!

Deliverer and .50 cal Sniper is all I use. Unless it gets close then shotgun or maybe the fatman when a deathclaw pops up!
