Hi guys, i am looking to buy a charged clio whether it be turbo or supercharged is there any key points to look out for when buying one. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

Re: dmallett's indecisive clio thread! Monaco ph2 pg1+, Titanium ph1 pg31+, PB ph1 pg i put a new cable from renualt on it mate, never had time to look for a tb so will probably be that. i cleaned it out aswell also has had a new icv if you read the reciepts i gave you. enough of them lol

that road is awesome but also very dangerous!! have done i t a few times in my car and better at night as you can use the whole road properly. and see headlights coming at you from far away

yeah ngk ones are platnium tipped. :) havent ever had a problem with mine.

can we not buy track time on the day then pete? normally we can but will cost you slightly more. thats what im hoping anyway. haha

magnacor red leads are good mate, possibly 8.5mm ones i think. and just platnuim tipped plugs cant get them from most parts companys.

try tyre traders mate im sure you can get cheaper than that. one of my mates just brought t1rs in that size for his cup at 199 delivered.

im game for most places. but exeter sounds very central to me plus i havent raced there before. can count me in plus a couple mates i have on here also.

how did you get on with the rsr tyres mate? look to get some for a general all round tyre on raod as well as a track session or two. :)

pretty much behind the pit lane entrance if you know the track at all. its kind of out the way slightly. :(

after reading all the positives about phase 1s i am so gunna keep mine. trouble is i need a decent gearbox seems so hard to come by these days. :(

my car has only just been fixed and can now make it to fcs. anyway that i can still be on stand with you guys at combe? help needed asap please.

my phase 1 172 is on 117k and still pulling strong. gearbox isnt as ive just had to put a new one in. lol

get some pics up of the cobra seats in the cup please pal! :) both cars look very clean well done lads.

i have exactly the same problem mate. i have also replaced the ICV worked for about a day or two. ive replaced cable, ICV and took apart and cleaned the TB. No idea what else it could be to be honest. :(
