Remapping cammed ecu back to std who can do it cheaply?

Don't know much about these RStuners but have seen people selling them in the past so they seam pretty popular. If the ecu isn't locked do they stay connected in the car allowing it to run on that map or is it a case like any other remap plug it in transfer the data and unplug?.

Remapping cammed ecu back to std who can do it cheaply?

It was mapped by Matt@tdf but trying to get hold of him due to him supporting race teams abroad is pretty difficult so thought i'd ask here for some suggestions. Would a RStuner program it back to standard settings if they haven't had the "pop-n-bangs" map on it?

Remapping cammed ecu back to std who can do it cheaply?

Hi all as title really. I have a "cammed" 54plate 172 remapped ecu on the car i've now put the car back to std cams and changing the ecu/immobiliser/key set from my 182 only problem was it didn't even start the car (just clicking by the immobiliser). So at the moment i'm thinking my only...

    What cams are these?

Well finally i have some closure, I'd wrote a long email to tour-de-force and this was the reply they sent. Hello, The cams in the pictures provided are blanks we originally had produced for a Renault BTCC program some years ago, they could be ground with any number of profiles - however if...

    Self adisive grip tape

I'll be heading over the garage in a hour so can measure the floor area of where i had it covered previously and post back. From memory i bought 3x 9"x33" in a (uncut) continuous strip and still had loads spare.

    What cams are these?

Afternoon all, a fellow forum member on here has sadly had a accident in his car so he decided that he's striping the car He bought a engine with "cat cams" from tdf 2years ago so i'd taken the rocker cover off and inspected the cams to see if they'd been damaged from the timming slipping a...

    DIY Headlight CAF

^ there's no set guide on how to split a headlight really. You could cut the lens off close to the bond area and replace it with a new one (that's if Renault or someone sells them), Or the way i done mine was take out all bulbs/igniters/power packs and put boiling hot water from a kettle into...

    ITB Alloy Rads

I would advise that if your running HPAS you buy a shorter length radiator as it would be very close. (I'm using EPAS) and currently using a mk1 16v bracket for the alternator. Will upload pics of it fitted on the weekend.

    Fuel rail

With regards to fuel rail guard to be honest i don't think I will run it as a front end collision (if it did happen) won't protect it much if any at all, if i do go down the route of having it fitted i don't mind trimming it down here and there to fit. I've emailed that guy in the link but no...

    Fuel rail

Yeah it is expensive but it's needed so cost is irrelevant. I've spoken to jean-Paul and he has a setup but wanted £310 posted for pump/lines/rail the thing is i don't need pump or lines and he wouldn't sell the rail separately so this is the cheaper option. Whilst on the phone to the guy at...

    Fuel rail

Thanks for the time you've taken to write your posts and all the info/pics, but as said by Phil your using a jenvey manifold so it don't fit. I've spoken to jenvey them selfs and they don't do a fuel rail for standard inlet, however they said andy at k-tec has done this mod so i quickly rang...

    Corner weight gauge

Ah yeah, my bad i only read the 1st line in post. I guess using a gauge is ok as a rough guide (or unless you have 4 to do each corner at once) but for accuracy and less hassle most would use scales i bet.
