Massive improvement over the white ones, really happy with them :)
Next up was sorting out some damage by the previous owner so I masked up the surrounding area and got spraying with my can of RB.
Couple of coats later it looked...
Wasnt a fan of the white from the start but that will change tomorrow. Ordered my carbon dipped bullets to with RB coloured writing :)

After 4 weeks of ownership I finally have the Clio to use!
Got it back off my mechanic with the gear linkage issue sorted (although he recommends getting a refurb kit or something as it is a little worn under there). Also had the old exhaust scrapped and replaced with a standard 182 exhaust...
Welcome along mate, only had mine 4 weeks and so far fitted a replacement exhaust and sorted out a loose gear linkage but feels good to tidy a car up after you have bought it.
Any major plans in the future?
My mate just phoned to say he doesnt think its the gear linkage causing the issue. He thinks that it may be something to do with the gear lever. Apparently there should be some sort of plastic maybe that keeps the gear selection within the channel and holds it there. He said this may have...
Dropped my car off at my mates garage on Friday for him to have a good look over it and to check if Ive bought a good one. I told him to check out the gear linkage as that was playing up and also told him to see what make the exhaust system was and why it was rattling. Got a call on Sunday to...

I have messaged a seller or ebay who MarcR has put me in touch with so Ill see if he can help, failing that I'll try St Helens :)

After collecting the car last week I gave it a good clean on Sunday and noticed how many stone chips the car had, was shocked tbh.
Are these touch up pens any good or would an aerosol be better, id very carefully mask the surrounding area if I went the aerosol route. Can you even get RB in an...
Booked in at a friends garage on Friday to see whats going on, also going to have the exhaust looked over as it was sold as a standard system but its very loud so need to find out what make it is
Picked myself up a Racing Blue 182 yesterday. The old owner things the current exhaust system is standard but im 100% sure its not.......or its blowing badly lol. Currently has white standard alloys which are quite badly kerbed, carbon wrapped diamonds and de-wipered.
Current plans are to...
