Save yourself the price of the box and put the subscription on your stick, will do the same job. It's the paid addon that's got everyrhing, not the box.

ZemTv addon is pretty decent for the sport channels. No HD but it's still a watchable stream and it rarely buffers, for me anyway. Bulldog streams is not too bad also, have taken over from Robocop. Try the 'test' streams, HD ones buffer too much. Sportsdevil is utterly useless for the football...

When I had my 172 someone previous had pushed the light halfway in, make sure yours hasn't just been pushed all the way through. Take out the ash tray and have a rumage with your fingers and see if it's there, should be able to push it back through if it is.

Does anyone else use their stick for anything other than running Kodi? The YouTube app for it works very well when paired with your phone, great for searching and playing music with.

It's still on blackbox in the video add-ons, it's just not linked to any of the sub menus on the home screen. But yeah hardly anything works on it just now. Apparently it's going premium, £20 or something for the year, so I'm led to believe.

When you need to restart Kodi after the restart, just switch your stick off and on at the plug, rather than using the power button on Kodi, then you're good to go.

If you want the Blackbox you'd need to fresh start your Kodi, which means you'd lose the add-ons you've put on yourself. The Bb build will have them all anyway, if it doesn't you can still add more to it. You can get it through the Ares wizard

I use Phoenix for movies, it's much better now it has a search function so it searches all its sources for you in one go. I'm yet to find a dead link, poor quality film, plus it's one click streams rather than Genesis where you had to sieve through loads to find a decent one.

I'm guessing you're using Genesis for them? As said it's good but temperamental. I've noticed it the last few days too. Try Phoenix, they both work great for me using that, no buffering. @Nashy as above mate, put Phoenix on as well and you'll have better luck I'm sure. Loads of guides on YouTube.

No problem. Alternatively you could use Firestarter to launch kodi, that's the one I use. I've used both but it's six and half dozen really but using ikono tv you'll have the icon on your sticks recents.
