Me too, I'll put some fuel in the Spec C and go out for a drive to cheer myself up.
I know what you're saying mate, but still you've paid to have the job done to a standard.
Nice plans bud, I ran Catcams 421s with standard valve springs mate so I wouldn't bother replacing yours.
I also had a set of Supertec valves fitted as this is a weak area with these engine's.
Oh also you will need to replace the crank bolt and Renault sell a cam pulley fitting kit too...
Only if you use the open hose to push the water off mate.
If not then you will be left with big beads of water.
Even if you just hydro and dry it's alot easier. [emoji106]
Still haven't found the time (or weather) to service the van but i did replace the number plate light bulbs, one had blown anyway.
I bought these as i didn't want them to be too bright.

PH1's didnt come with a leather steering wheel, it was fake leather so that is why it fell to bits. People fitted the rubber wheels from the base spec cars because it looks better than one that's fallen to bits.
I had mine covered in the leather/cloth from a PH1 rear seat.

About 1/2 an hr away mate, I went to KDS to get a quote on some paint work on the impreza.
KDS and Lepsons are on the same trading estate, well lepsons seem to own most of it.
Thinking about this again the car should have been checked over or serviced before sale so it's pretty bad that they didn't spot it was missing.
Or maybe they forgot to fit a new one because it was checked by a 16 year old school kid.
What's the cost of a new filter, like £10.
Buy a new filter and get on with your life!
Or set the car on fire and push it through there showroom window.
Fcuking cnuts. [emoji23]
