Possibly hot pixels, my attempts were littered with the things (blue and red dots). I never experienced it with any of my Nikon cameras but my Olympus (and now Canon) were susceptible to them.

Got a £99 PS3 this morning as a BD player for the bedroom, and a bunch of cheap PS3 games whilst we were at it.

As I'm iPad-less at the moment I've rediscovered my PC. Currently working through Half-Life 2 (what a game!) and Sim City 4 again...must be the 20th time I've started from scratch on SC4, never gets boring. Can't wait for this, will probably need to build a new PC for it though.

Are the Smart Covers worth buying? Tempted to pick one up tomorrow in anticipation of my iPad arriving next week. I can't quite work out how they actually connect to the iPad.

I felt a bit dirty in Gamestation today, it was like a stealing a wallet from a dying man. There were people in the store with long lists of games to look for, a load of the shelves were empty and they had hardly any new stock.

I see they've run out of the launch allocation already (now you can pre-order for deliveries 'after March 18th'), will be interesting to know what the take-up is as I'm sure there are a lot of people like myself who only upgrade every other time.
