    Either need a puller, or use a lever bar against the hub to pop it off. Shouldn't be that tight tbh. Just make sure you don't score/damage the stub axle

    If the noise is a rattle that goes away when you blip the throttle then it's the dephaser pulley, and it'll cost £5-600 to do properly as it's a cambelt off job.

    Nope. I don't think it is. Decoder ring just recieves and moves the signal on.

    Second hand engine. Known as working from a trusted seller on here. Should cost you £350 if it's had recent-ish belts. £250 for someone to fit it. Suggest clutch is done too

    If you're having to ask these questions, you shouldn't be attempting this without supervision. Easy job, probably the easiest shock change you'll do on any car.
