Either need a puller, or use a lever bar against the hub to pop it off.
Shouldn't be that tight tbh. Just make sure you don't score/damage the stub axle
If the noise is a rattle that goes away when you blip the throttle then it's the dephaser pulley, and it'll cost £5-600 to do properly as it's a cambelt off job.

Should cost you £350 if it's had recent-ish belts. £250 for someone to fit it. Suggest clutch is done too
