With the right tools, it is for sure.
With short axle stands, hand tools only and a regular trolley jack rather than a big b*****d like i have now, i'd still go out the top. lol.

I apologise also BTW. Removed a box from my 182 last night subframe down on one side. Came out so much quicker than out the top. Putting it back in, i might have a bit more fun on the deck tbh.
Are you sure you broke them?! I've removed these countless ones and refitted and the clips are hard as nails.
You have to push a lot harder than you think you would need to for them to snap back in place.
Nope, won't gain any power by putting a 182 engine in. Not the bare engine anyway.
If you put the lower inlet manifold and the exhaust manifold on, you'd gain a touch, but would need to get a link pipe from the mani to your exhaust. Hassle tbh.
Little mods like this make no real difference tbh.
It's when you combine 4/5/6 of these small mods that it becomes 'worthwhile'.
That said, unless going cams/ITB's/Boost, in my eyes it's pointless chasing more powah from a 1*2. Suspension and brakes will almost certainly be money better spent...
Just find someone breaking a known running good car tbh. Simplest way. Just do the cambelt and clutch while it's out and you'll be alright.

^Both break cars and are local-ish to you
