Currently got the ktec coilovers, but am wanting to get something a bit stiffer for the track, have i got any choice for replacement springs, or are adjustable dampers the only way to go?
Short clip from Sunday, not my best driving I'll be the first to admit :rasp: First outting with the puremotorsport kit and the car seemed to understeer more than before. I think it's possible it's too stiff at the front compared to the rear now.

Hey :)
In the dry/wet they offer the same, if not more grip than any standard performance road tyre i've used. In ice and very wet conditions they can make the car a little twitchy, but just be sensible and drive to the conditions. Its not really possible to get them up to ideal temperature on...
So an overdue update, but still a brief one, i'll let the photos do the talking!
Got all the sittings for the seats & harnesses.
Been collecting a few other parts to fit when i get a minute. Need to get a full set of poly bushes for the front.
Main photo for CS calender October! Woot...
I understand flooring it and rockets easier! :p
I wish i could say i would be giving tintops a go in 2013/2014 but i just don't have the time or money to pursue it at the moment. Hammering it around a track is probably the most fun anybody could ever have imo! Track days will have to do for...
I noticed most of the, what seemed like experienced drivers, where cutting the apex. I think this favours light FWD cars because the turn in is easier, using that line in a heavy rwd car will probably snap the back end out. Theres a similar corner at bedford GT just before the straight. You...
I felt i didn't have the torque to pull out of druids in 3rd, i did use 3rd for graham hill apart from the m3 chase in the video! Looking forward to going back to brands in the dry, now i know the track. Would be nice to get under 1min lap time :)
Three so far, bedford, snetterton 300, brands hatch, and silverstone booked for the 19th, really looking forward to that!
None yet, i know it will improve my driving, but the £30/40 always gets spent on petrol instead! :p I have a tendency to turn in quite hot/early which really slows me...
I noticed this nearing the end of the day, although in the wet morning sessions, i found 4th for paddock was kicking the back out quite a bit. Was also using 2nd at graham hill purely to help slow me down while chasing the m3! :p I found throughout the day you can go through surtees/mclaren...
Cheers guys! Track was soaked until 12ish, videos have come out slow and boring (apart from the oversteer!) because of it :p Ran outta space on the phone when it finally started to dry out so didn't get much footage. Track still had some extremely slippery parts, despite looking fairly dry in...
Just a fun clip from a recent track day, M3 just has too much power over the clio, it was able to get infront of traffic which i couldn't. We are both on cut slicks :)

Finally got a decent quality recording of the exhaust, the last one was windy, distorted and too close for the mic to handle!

Also some from a few mates, crazy sounding R32 and a RX8 :)

Haha, i think its safe to say we might see each other most mornings as we drive the same road at the same time every day :p One day i might actually realise the car coming towards me is a RS and flash the lights, too early in the morning to be paying attention while driving! :p :p
Agreed with most of the comments in here, for a road tyre they are excellent, dry grip is better than performance road tyre (pe2, tr1, cs3 etc) and from what I can tell they were better in the wet too. They hold up pretty well on track too, not far off 888 grip, and fall off nicely, not...
