I used a detail sander, the one I used was this one but you can get cheaper ones. A Dremel would probably be better I think as you can get like a 25mm grinder attachment but they are expensive and the detail sander was Dads so was free haha. No worries I'll PM you after new years about the...

Dammit, that pic makes me miss my 197 soo much :( Driving in the snow/ice last year and the year before was so much more fun in a RWD car, the clio just spins the fronts and doesnt go anywhere lol.

Use a power sander then finish by hand using a sanding block it makes it a lot easier trust me. I might PM you after christmas for some of those primers aswell mate if thats ok? Also good job that without filling tbh.

Have a good look over it, if you get an AA inspection then thats a big helper. On top of normal checks leave it running for around 5-10 minutes until its all warmed up and make sure theres no smoke on idle, if it smokes then the turbo seals are worn. If its all good and the test drives good you...

Re: Mass NY & NW meet Jan!! Jillys Rockworld in Manchester is open until 7am... as are a few other places I think. perfect for a proper night out you can recover from the hangover in the bar then go for breakfast/all go home in the morning. No need for hotel/Travel Inn etc lol
