So with weather being crap today, I decided to change the crappy melting steering wheel and the dash and fit a flocked dash top and an omp steering wheel with a snap off boss ( a proper one and not a cheap eBay special)
First jobs that I wanted to do were little jobs that didn't cost anything, changing bulbs,side repeaters, rear number plate light holder. Also needed to get rid of the horrid stubby aerial and the shitty ktec carbon fibre door pillar stickers. Here are some before and after pictures of the lights,
ok so with the flamed in pieces and me getting a new job and needing a car asap, I ended up buying this little gem. Plan is to do a few tweaks and keep it nice and clean. Anyway some pictures when I got it home....g
so doing the Epas conversion on the 172 non cup but want to refurb the secondhand dci rack I've got. Question is, what inner control arms do I use, do I just get standard dci ones or do I have to get 172 ones?

Just received a ph1 172 head and it didn't come with the breather cover/plate. Once the head has been fettled with, it shall be having itb's fitted. So which breather plate can I use 172ph1 ,ph2 or 182 ?
just a quick question, which is better and why? I'm in the process of rewiring Clio 172 (standalone ecu) and just wondered if pencil coils could be used.
ok so I know a lot of peeps don't like them but seeing as I can get them very cheap, I was just wondering which ones to use on the 172?
I've seen people use Honda blackbird,Yamaha r1 and Kawasaki zx12 throttle bodies but wondered which ones would be best?

I'm in the process off finishing my epas conversion, and I'm now at the stage of fitting the rack its self. I need to renew both inner and outer track rods and I don't know if the 172ff ones fit or I have to use dci ones?
Can anybody shed some light ?
