lol.. i dont know him THAT well.. ;) tbh just looking to get to know you guys seeing as i just got my car so i can pick up anything i can like tuning tips/advice on what to upgrade etc, its all very well reading on here, but seeing the evidence annd seeing what it actually looks like is a lot...
Seeing as i'll still be 16 i wont be able to drive myself there.. :/ and my car wouldnt be worth putting on.. i think i'd rather believe/dream it still has the 75horses it supposedly left the factory with!! However if anyone is going from stowmarket/needham area would i be able to grab a lift...
although i completely agree... i want it to be different from everything else... like, little things, nothing massive, i'm talking tiny details such as wheels bolts (i really like the look of the coloured ones) some interior bits to possibly tidy up what comes from the manufacturer. I'm quite...
Are you suggesting I buy something off you?? :P could you pm me with some products + details please regarding what I'm looking for??
Thanks very much :)
So it's a bit of a bugger to find a suitable head unit and then make it actually work??
Sounds perfect for the amount of time before I can actually drive my car!! :)
Any suggestions on where to look for said head units?? And what to search for?
Yeah it's completely stock... As the previous owner brought it in!! So clean and tidy :) I just think I wanna make the interior and maybe some exterior just look that little bit different, then when I've done a year and have more money do some lowering and improve performance. :)
Hey this is my new car :D I'm just wondering what I can do to it really, preferably without too much expense. I'm thinking about spraying calipers.. Some trim etc, but not sure what colour goes best with this exterior??
As a novice I'm pretty clueless.. But what is holding the standard head unit in ? I can obviously see the little hole in each corner but what's at the bottom of them? Secondly, any recommendations on head units that are cheap/easy to install/ can be usd with the remote behind the steering wheel...
Just got the same car but in like.. A grayish blue, not sure of the actual color yet. I'm also in same situation as you were/are!! :( can't drive until November and just want stuff to doooo!!! :L
Hey I've got a campus sport, and I was thinking of getting a non campus boot, removing badges and having completely smoothed, but keeping the main Renault badge with a button in the middle of it to pop the boot open, has anyone done this before, is it possible, or are there any other...
Yeah the problem is that there was a crossover with the campus and the Mk3 so when the mk3 came out you could still get the campus mk2 as I don't think they made a campus mk3 and still don't? (don't hold me to that, I have a strange feeling they recently brought one out?)
I feel as if I should know these things considering my dad is a Renault dealer... I knew the Mk bit tbh.. Just the phase bit is confusing, and I know it's important as friends of mine have 306s and different phase bonnets/boots/headlights etc don't fit properly. I would post a pic or two if that...
Ok so this seems like a really stupid question... However I know that as soon as I try to get parts I'll need to know for sure. What I'm referring to is all this talk of mk1,2,3 etc and also phase 1,2, and whatever else there is.
My car is a 57 plate 1.2 Campus Sport. So where does this leave...
