No problem TDF, I should'nt need to to look and check when someone has charged me to do that work, so I asked Dan to have a look at the inlets after all the other threads people had posted, just to add the Bushes were not done by TDF ok and not by me.
It's my own fault and I should know better...

You'll be very happy with the results , Scoff sorted my problems out with cold start and found the reason it would'nt pass emmisions, he's top man in my books and looks after an R5 I compete against.

I driven his car and tbh was impressed with how it pulled through out the rev range, it honestley felt quicker than my car empty, and that was with all his gear in and 2 spare wheels in the back, I'm running a TDF ecu and S2000 single throttle on a standard engine, but we may be able to compare...
I've only ever had one set of pads fade and these were OE fitment on the 205 after 8 quick laps of Anglesey on the old circuit at a track day, I need to try harder!

This is a concern as I drive to all my events, I run a BTB Stealth with 182 Cat and both silencers fitted and it puts out 89db at 4500rpm, I'm insured with REIS and the car is declared as a Rd Going competition car running in Class 1B, I only inform them of changes if I move out of the class...

But this is what has killed the 1B class in sprint/ hillclimbing, instead of allowing a few mods everything became extreme, strut brace fixed spherical bearing top mounts and a few camber adjustments etc or as above, you were competing against people in Touring cars spec, and...
Cars looking well, are all your mods done ready for the 2013 season? I've seen a couple of the Cups with the green wheels recently looks nice.

Is there much difference between DBW and cable throttle with the problematic delay you get on DBW, looking at the results I'd say they are great for a road car and a blast on a track day.

Thanks for that people, looks ilke a Momo from Tweaks, just one last thing? do these come with the fixing bolts for the wheel or are they an "added" extra as they are 6 bolt pattern.

You could try one of those cheap Arials from the pound shop that has a magnet on the end if you don't want to seperate, I use this all the time at work but you may need something a bit more flexible with a magnet on the end.
Your just loosing surface area and as you said they will crack, rd use the Brembos are fine, I run Mintex M1155 + Brembo HC with standard rear pads discs, and Goodridge stainless hoses and descent Dot 4 Super Blue fluid.
