I've got a fault code on the RS tuner -
'DF0007 - internal Temperature sensor - open circuit'
Is this the coolant temp sensor? It's being flagged up by the 'HVAC' (Climate control) ecu, not the 'ECM - engine control module'.
PS4er's; add me!
willmorgshurley
The misus got me it for crimbo; big mistake on her part lol.
I thought the IW campaign was incredible. And MW multiplayer brings back some great memories!
I'm going to try this.
I can see where you're coming from. The pure Motorsport idler ad states that it won't work with A/C, possibly because it requires a 4 rib belt. Anyway I'm going to try the stretched belt method now;
I've replaced the PAS pump twice now; but I want to retain A/C and I don't know another way of doing that other than keeping the PAS pump on as an idler.
The improved reliability and the adjustability of EPAS appeals to me.
I'm planning on doing the conversion in the next couple of weeks and I want to keep a/c. So I intend to loop the PAS pump back to the reservoir; I know a guy on here has done it before.
No problem haha.
I have a set of turinis down the shed with 195/45r16's fitted. I bought them with 'Landsail' budget tyres fitted, hence why they're not on the car yet. I'm holding out until I can get some decent tread for those.
Cheers mate. The laser alignment software was by supertracker, not sure how that stacks up against Hunter alignment though.
205/45r16 as mentioned above
Hi all.
I have a Clio 182 FF that has vague steering and likes to tramline. The steering wheel has to be turned more than 30 degrees off centre before the car wants to steer.
I've already chucked loads of money at it trying to solve this problem. The car has had new inner & outer track rods...
Okay thanks @MagpieV6 / @gally .
Well I don't have any experience with machine polishing so I guess that makes me a novice, but I'm fairly confident with the rest of the detailing process. I need to get myself a DA polisher!
Question guys. Next week I'm going to do my winter detail. I don't have a DA polisher but I have some minor swirls, so I plan to use 50cal filler glaze to hide these. Over the top of that I'm going to use Evo v2 & C1. Now my question is; if I use carpro eraser to prep the surface for the sealant...
Sorry guys, haven't been on for a while. To @Rocket2042 I would say keep persisting, but I guess you've done it by now? And I haven't had any problems with laquering the headlights @Cribert , but I wouldn't like to recommend it as I don't know what the long term effects are. The idea is that it...
This is it immediately after clear coating. I waited over 24hrs then wet sanded with 3000 grit before hand polishing with G3 scratch remover. Haven't taken pics since I polished though so I'll get them up tomorrow
