I'm usually pretty careful when I go out driving tbh, I just do the odd little blast when I see a nice little straight....most of the drives I go on are just to cruise around listening to some music :)
I've seen 2 cars identical to mine in Ormskirk, one even has the same start of the reg plate! before I got my 172 I'd never seen any Clio sports around :dapprove: (I like to think they saw mine and copied) ;) haha
Arctic Blue 182 - parked along the A59 (Northway) just before heading down to Ormskirk, seen it a few times parked in the same spot, nice looking car too
RB 182 + white stripes in the centre of Ormskirk this morning, this was around 8:35am, made me a little jealous if I'm honest, it...
Re: Looking for Hankook V12 evo tyres for my 172 - cannot find them ANYWHERE! Alterna
As far as I know they don't make the V12's in 172 wheel size (195/45/16) they start at 205/45/16 for the Clio's! Many people run the 205's on standard 172 wheels though with no issues (you'd need to double...
Saw a Blue Clio V6 heading toward Runcorn Bridge at about 2pm  looked very nice
2, 182 Trophy's, one on the A55 and another on the A483 (I think), then about a mile later on the A483, two silver 172's (PH1 and PH2)
Anyone on here? :)
Kumho KU31's
195/45/16 - http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m62b0s94p15883
205/45/16 (182 tyre size I think?) - http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m62b0s344p6369
Awesome tyres for the money, I'm seriously happy with them on my 172 and I had Continental's on before them...
Just going to throw in another vote for the Khumo KU31's, they've been every bit as good as the Continentals I had on previously (they did have 4-5mm on tread however)....I was seriously impressed once mine had scrubbed in :approve: they can get a little slippery in the wet though, mainly when...
Well after driving around in a filthy car for 2 weeks I decided it needed a good clean, so here's my Iceberg 172  Once the weather starts getting a little better it'll be getting treated to another coating of Collinite 476 wax. Hope you like!
Yes my alloys need a refurb but you...
Thread title pretty much says it all, I want to upgrade my xenon bulbs but I'm not sure which colour temperate to choose, what's the difference between the 5000k and the 6000k? I'm after them to be as white as possible and to improve my view of the road...
My 172 has got 13cm speakers all around, so I presume the Trophy will be the same.
As for the speakers I have got Infinity Kappa 52.9i's in the front and some Alpine SPS-13C2 in the back, I found adding some sound deadening behind the front speakers really improved the bass :approve: I spent...
I've got Kumho KU31's on my 172, they've been every bit as good as the Continentals they replaced :approve: £43.10 per tyre on CamSkill at the moment too.
I got my Renault F1 Team sticker off eBay, it seems to be lasting well too after all the abuse it has recieved from pressure washers etc :approve:

or White version...
Spotted you sat in the huge traffic jam yesterday at around 2:40pm, I think I saw a ClioSport sticker so just wondering if you are on here. The car looked in great condition too :approve: I was in my brothers Subaru Legacy at the time if you saw it.
I go to Edge Hill Uni and I thought I was the only person with a Clio Sport there  it's not me but you may see my Iceberg 172 there now and again, if I'm able to park on the campus that is! *facepalm*
I've just had 4 Kumho KU31 Ecsta Sport tyres fitted to my 172, I've done about 250 miles on them so far and they are proving to be every bit as good as the Continental Sport Contact 3's they replaced and seem to be quieter aswell. I can't comment on the wet grip as of yet but from what I saw...
They disappeared off Camskill and other websites for a while in the size I wanted, they've put them back on Camskill now so I've got 4 on the way to me (195/45/16) :D good to see people are impressed with them too, making me feel better about buying them now
I've also been trying to decide between the KU31's, the V12's and the Hankook S1 Evo's (K107) the past few weeks, but I bit the bullet and went for the Kumho in the end, can't complain for £43.10 a tyre, I'm just hoping they live up to the hype :)
I'm 6ft 4" with stupidly long legs and drive a Phase 2 172, the seat is as far back as it goes and tilted backwards a fair bit so I can actually see out :o...I agree about the gearstick being miles away...3rd gear is the worst for it I find, overall though I find it quite a comfortable place...
