I'm looking at getting a set of these tyres for my 172, has anybody tried them?

I'm currently using Continental Sport Contact 3's on my 172 and need some rear tyres soonish. I'm thinking about trying some of these tyres as being a poor student I'd like to save as much money as possible :o how would these Kumho compare to the Continentals?

I've been thinking about getting a splitter, be a future modification though :) got a few things to sort before I get round to getting one.

Great pictures, I've yet to take my 172 to the Horseshoe Pass :) been there plenty of times in my old car, the cafe there is pretty good too :) Also, I want your alloys! :(

Yeah I should have put it a little lower but it's on now haha, the envelope has 41p written on it, the thieving swines! :rasp:

21 - Clio 172 :)

Saw a few Clios out and about today, first time I've seen other Clio sports while I've been out driving :eek: Saw a Monaco Blue 172, Black 182 (the front didn't look like a sport which was odd, the rest of the car did though :S), Blue 197 and a White 197, didn't see any clio sport stickers...

I'll keep that in mind, I may come along if I'm free :)

Ideally I want to spend under £35 but could stretch to £40 for a good set of pads, are these the Ferodo pads you mean? I presume the 182 has the same fittings etc as my 172...

Right, I've just ordered some Brembo front discs for my 172 and now I need to find some decent brake pads to go with them, I've read a lot of things on here but most people are talking about track pads which I don't need. So I'm just wondering what good brake pads are available for under £40...

Well after many hours reading about speakers I've decided to buy take the plunge and buy the Infinity Kappa 52.9i speakers, specs wise they seem to be better than the Alpine speakers I linked to and for an extra £5 you can't really argue! :) just have to wait for them to arrive now bah! :boring:

Just after a little advice really, I've been browsing around and reading on here about people upgrading speakers, some people have mentioned about getting some component speakers but I can't be bothered with the hassle of taking the dash out etc, so I'm after some decent coaxial speakers...

Just wanted a non-standard look really, but thinking about it they'll pretty much never be used anyway so I'll just stick with standard bulbs :)

Oh right, well if they're going to melt my fog lights I won't bother lol, I shall have a hunt for some standard bulbs :) thanks chaps!
