I have a 020 number that I've used for years on mine. Call it up, then when it answers dial the 0800 number you require. Its only free if you have inclusive minutes left though:
020 0222 0900
The switch next to the light should do I I think. Flat is on with the doors open, one way is permanently on, the other is permanently off.
Edit. Actually it might not be on clio's, can't remember. Fuse maybe?, or tape the switch on the door pillar in.
The only channels that are free without a HD subscription are 1-5, possibly a couple of others. ITV3 / 4, sky1 etc all require a subscription. That's irrelevant now anyway I suppose.
I'm always wary of these boxes that run entirely on broadband. If the broadband is having a bad day you can't...
There's probably a few cars on here with a different engine in it due to the original one going pop. If its mechanically sound and looked after I can't see it being that much of an issue, other than it may be worth less. Hopefully the disabled stuff has been removed.
How do you find the signal / range on them? I almost went with one but there were mixed reports on line. Went for a cable in the end as it was easy enough to route.
A Magic eye should work, but it won't be HD quality as it uses RF. Might not be an issue if its only in the garage though and there is an added cost.. I ended up buying a hdmi splitter and cable, and an IR transmitter that wirelessly sends the signal to the box.
I know a guy in Horwich that does cheap repairs / sprays. It isn't perfect quality but good enough for what you pay. PM me if interested I'll pass you his number.
SoF were great games. First game I played where you could blow someone's leg off with a shotgun. Agree with Deck 16 and Face on UT, there are others but I forget the names. Hours and hours spent on that game.
Lol at troglodytes, not heard that in ages.
Not used the company but can agree with Goodj about reviews. I looked up plusnet out of interest and their reviews are shocking. Yet whenever I've had to deal with them they have been spot on. It seems people only write bad reviews, no one can be...
My brother has the moto 360 and loves it. I can't see a point to it though myself. He likes it as you can quickly see notifications without getting your phone out of your pocket.
Can you hear on speaker phone? It uses the top speaker for calls and both for ring / speaker. Could just be the top speaker that's dead. HTC's have a two year warranty, if its not older than that, call them up and send it off for repair. They'll advise doing a factory reset and update check...
Could 1 and 2 be related, cracked abs ring or something? With the noise does the pedal vibrate?
3 is normal I think if the car is a 1.2
6, has the auto lights been disabled? (turn lights on and off twice with ignition on but engine not running)
Not looked at the vid as I'm at work, but altenators wine when they start failing. Mine also got hot (as in too hot to touch). Easy to check this after driving.
