i'll take some pics on monday of the back of a tensioner so you can see what i'm banging on about, the ratio between the front side and the back is huge, if you move the tensioner 1mm on the front it equates to about 5mm on the rear hence why its so important to get the tensioner **** on

note the notch/arrow on the tensioner both line up in both pics, lower image is the wrong way to do it
Its a fitting problem rather than a part problem, you just need to know what you're doing, we run them up to temp now with the covers off (meganes/197's only) if it taps then it gets adjusted a touch

if its off standard spec then something is broken/worn, using camber bolts to "put it back to spec" isn't a good idea, sort the worn parts first then recheck it
