You need pedals too. Search for SPD my boy. Apparently makes you 4mph faster as you can utilise the upward stroke when pedalling.

He's a lot quicker than me. If your shoes make you as quick as some have said then you'll be quicker than me too We'll be fine on the 100k, long as we dont start trying to race anyone and just stick to a good pace.

I went to Old Trafford last weekend and the atmosphere was brilliant, especially for the Brazil vs Belarus game. That was the men's though so didnt have to choose between the game and watch the fit chick with big knockers running down the wing
