yer i seem to have this problem my car squeaks when going over bumps definatley coming from the back end area of the car. when i have passangers in the back it doesnt do it though. think it was said on here that it is to do with the shocks. does £75 at the stealers sort the problem then?

There just a joke altogether. their customer service is very poor, the thing is they have left it to late, even if they did call the cars or send out this letter its to late really, they should of acted quicker. They just happen to make very nice cars though

yer its been on watchdog loads and only applies to mk 2. apparantly watchdog said that Renault are now sending out letters to people with mk2 so they can book their car in if people want their bonnet catch checked. im still awaiting my letter ;)
