Re: FRP #160/500
Not sure if anyone's even interested anymore but I ended up finding out who drove those cars in the Top Gear test in 2000, messaged him on twitter and have just had a response lol
Re: FRP #160/500
I do apologise for going off topic, but yes, it is unfeasible.
I'll make a thread on PH and get the driving gods to convince me.
As you were...
Re: FRP #160/500
But better than an Integra? 2 seconds better? Come on even the biggest fanboi wouldn't go for that :rasp:
It's odd, my mate text me last night, saying something like, "Just pulled up at the girlfirends, guess what was on the end of the street, FRP in the reg..."
Spooky!
Re: FRP #160/500
As much as I love the FRP I still can't believe that, a heavier, less powerful car out handling the worlds favourite FWD chassis? Come on lol
The DC2 doesn't seem to do all that well in a couple of reviews, in some mags they like to slate it and talk rubbish.
Race? :rasp:
Did you not fancy going with PH when they went 2 weeks ago? A few lads from the Yorkshire section that is
I was scheduled to go but couldn't make it, pics are good man, 4k in 6 months though? Somebody didn't need the d at the end of the 335 ;)
Are they really that easy to control in a slide? I would have thought lack of LSD and short wheel base might get a bit messy?
That said, they are longer than your average roadster aint they?
Thanks for taking the time to post that!
I currently drive an Integra DC2, and I know all about dropping down a gear or two. Tried to join a motorway in 5th at around 50mph and couldn't accelerate away from a lorry in time so I had to double clutch my way down to 3rd :o
I will definitely drive...
The Z4 isn't that better equipped is it? Although I imagine its a lot quieter inside.
I need to go drive both, I have Honda fans telling me S2k, and BMW fans telling me Z4... BMW & Honda are my favourite 2 manufacturers so its going to be hard to pick :o
I say the same thing most days.
My main fear was the DMF/Clutch. I never ever thrashed it from 0mph, until one day I didn, and I could hear a f**king rattle straight away.
Or at least I thought I could. Never made it again, but it was enough to scare me away.
Bloody epic car. Best I've had.
I'm pretty sure the sportlines are 30mm ish and the pro lines are like 15mm
Wouldn't waste my time for 15mm!
Pro lines are a fair bit more too, can't understand why, firmer ride perhaps?
I say it often but the way that car drove even with those springs on was infinitely impressive.
Sportlines all the way IMO.

Perfect ride height.
That is of course a 320d saloon, curb weight was 1490 or 1440kg iirc.
It's to do with the memory.
Apple tries to keep as much memory free as possible to maintain their sleek OS.
That's why some apps randomly close too. I think they should at least warn us..
I remember when I bought mine the front left tyre was a budget
When I changed all for for matching vredsteins the difference was amazing. The car drove like nothing I had driven before! Are RS2s Nankang?
New pics are nice bud :)-
